Made in Louisville, Kentucky
Good food rewards attention.
NANI begins with French-style yogurt, but it is designed to grow across the morning table: granola, preserves, baked treats and rituals worth repeating.

The idea
Small rituals can change the rhythm of a morning.
NANI is not trying to look large before it has earned that scale. It is beginning locally, at a table where people can taste the food, ask questions and say what they want to come back for.
Glass is part of the experience because it asks the food to be seen. The market is part of the experience because it asks the brand to listen.
How NANI grows
The market is where the next product earns its place.
French-style yogurt is the first signature ritual, not the limit of the brand. Commercial yogurt production will wait for confirmed demand, approvals, equipment decisions and the right production setup.
Until then, NANI will sell approved market foods, offer approved samples when permitted, teach the at-home method and learn directly from Louisville customers.
Provenance
NANI — from The Bedford Co.
The Bedford Co. is the quiet parent-brand endorsement for home, table and everyday rituals. NANI remains the food brand.
