NANI is inviting a small group of households to prepare French-style yogurt in their own kitchens and tell us what truly works.
What participation means
Make the method. Live with it. Tell us the truth.
Selected households will receive early access to the guided NANI Method, an equipment checklist and simple feedback prompts. You will prepare the yogurt in your own kitchen, serve it from individual glass vessels and tell us what felt clear, difficult or worth improving.

Do I need an Instant Pot to apply?
No. Tell us what equipment you currently own in the application. Final equipment requirements will be shared with selected households before they confirm participation.
What will selected households receive?
Selected households will receive the beta method, an equipment checklist, preparation guidance and structured feedback prompts.
Does applying commit me to participate?
No. Applying expresses interest. Selected households can review the complete requirements before confirming.
When will the beta begin?
